If there's a Karaoke version of it, I suggest you just buy that as it'll likely be better quality.

If not. Download Audacity (open source audio editing software)

Here's one way to do it.

There's also a few karaoke plug-ins that will do this for you as well. Here are some examples

One thing to keep in mind. The karaoke voice-remover things work by removing the audio that is center-paned.

I downloaded several songs last year for a show I did with someone who wanted to essentially use playbacks for all instruments except voice and guitar. Some of their tracks you can really customize.

The price is dirt cheap. I consider it a solid investment if you really need something.
