Under the Frank, Dod legislation and along with this regime leaders assistance we can now pay increased banking fees. These regime leaders have screwed the taxpayers yet again through the guise of protecting the little guy.

The new " Health care legislation " allows the federal government to make electronic withdrawal for any private or public account without notice.

It has begun ...

I need to get out and stock up on whiskey. I seldom drink it, but I likes it regardless. I have everything else ready for a short siege, but no whiskey. Great reminder.

My wife told me she'd thought about stocking up on whiskey as a trade item but figured I'd drink it all and it would be a net loss...

Talk about a taxpayer screwing. Calif "loony bin Brown" is set to sign into law a bill that gives FREE tuition to illegals while Americans have to pay for their college. But what would you expect when the Mexican Mafia is running California. I'm sure glad I left there when I did. And now several states are dropping the means testing interview requirements for food stamps. They claim it makes illegals uncomfortable.

Good luck taxpayer citizens everywhere. The loonies are after every penny that you have, and they are freely giving it away to lawbreakers. Their new motto is : "Hey American taxpayer, screw you and your kids. Where the he11 did all these mentally deficient freaks come from?

All this did was transfer the credit card fees from the merchant to the card user. Everyone needs to make money. Would anyone go to their job and work for free? In the name of protection our government is trying to tell us, how, when, how much we should be able to make. Yes there were big problems with our banking system. Most of them came out of government mandates, to let everyone live the American dream, without the responsibility.

There is also a new real estate transfer tax n the healthcare bill.

Right now the general deflection of these extreme socialists is to tax the rich. This thinking is great for now, but when they run out of rich people to steal from, then what. The fact that they don't want all us little folks to find out, is that they have taxed us to the point where there is no more. Maybe some blood.

Those new fees are just a perfect example of a tax being passed on down the line. But honestly I can't fault Bank Of America for trying to stay in business. Every one has already been paying these fees in the higher cost of goods and services, you just don't realize it. It's the same with hidden taxes that are stealing from every one, thanks to our out of control wasteful government.

Man I couldn't agree more! Its the reason I left California... I got tired of the blatant abuses of CA govt. I was livid enough when the Gray Davis crowd outright lied to Californians about raising the tobacco taxes to "Help Schools and Hospitals"...but I about burst a vessel when Californians actually bought into it...and voted for it. (Discovering there was no money to help the schools)

All I can say about the states that drop testing...I'm gonna laugh my ass off when they have riots in the streets and start burning down buildings after their coffers run dry...
