The more I work with singers, the more I notice that there is only one critical rule; their vocal performance, either has feeling, or it doesn’t. The only other time, I notice a severe problem; is when their singing technique is so far off; we can’t hear the feel. So, obviously; successful singers, either have both excellent technique and feel, or a mix of great feel and some technique. But notice. They must always have great feel to be successful. Therefore; we at Sing From Feel Studio, always teach natural vocal technique and feel, to make sure of the singer’s success. Some may argue that some famous singer’s have neither. We are open to your theories on this subject.

I find it's all about energy for me; I can't get the same level of energy in the studio as I do live. Good singers can sing anywhere; I need some bodies in front of me to perform at my best.
I find that I can only sing with confidence. My confidence comes from
preparation and likeing what I'm singing.
I think there are singers and there are people who want to sing.
I also think that good singers are obvious. You know right away.
They may need technique and direction but you know right
away if they got IT. Mediocre is usually sustained by people
that wont be honest for fear of hurting feelings. That is a huge
catagory that you probably make good money from because
popping their bubble for you meens NO SALE. [/b]

In the entire population, there are very few people (maybe 2%) who actually have both... a good voice and are not tone deaf at the same time. They generally rise to the top (if they choose to pursue it) . The other 98 percent... well ...easy pickings ... If I were in the business of selling anything, I'd have to say the most lucrative market would be the selling of dreams... Maybe, that's what music lessons rely on....

No dudes, your all wrong.
You can't teach that one special thing. No way, period.
You can help people to become better musicians, but when you you come out out and tell people that you can teach them the intangibles you are wrong.
Mick Jagger has got to be the most unpolished ,awful, singer, ever. I love him because he is just so honest. You can teach that?
The only reason why I'm picking on you is because I get sick of people holding out dreams to make money.
If you want to see what is truly the intangible go listen to Chaeya. Yeah she's my friend. Yeah, She has the the stuff you can't TEACH.
AND YEAH basically, quit pushing your biz, YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE ANY MUSIC UP.
I am still trying to be nice.

Don't argue with a stupid person. They will pull you down to their level... And beat you with experience..."Samuel Langhorne Clemens"
