Just returned from a cruise of the eastern Caribbean. Love them steel drums! I didn't realize that Sept and Oct is their hottest time of the year down there. Good to be back to some cool Canadian air.

Glad your vacation went well! We have a lot of steel drums around the Kemah Area it is a vacation type resort. The owner likes to have all styles of bands. They hire a lot of bands. I have played around the area for the past 10 years in all kinds of bands even a Buffet Tribute band it was a lot of fun. Those Parrot Heads are CRAZY LOL!

. I know what you meant by Buffet Tribute band but it might be interesting to write tunes dedicated to the different dishes served at the Golden Corral Restaurant. :lol:
