My long time beef with crybabies is the switch. I'm never sure I got the full click to toggle on/off when I step all the way down on it. What is the name for those switches that look the same, but are "clickless"? I recently started using a Whirlwind A/B selector for switching between amps live and this box uses those type of switches. They seem ideal for a wah wah application but I'm not sure what to call them when trying to source the part online

Hmm, after a bit of reading it seems the Whirlwind pedal employs "silent optical switching" so I suppose these switches need special circuitry
