One of the reviews from our focus group of "Doghouse":
Normally when I hear the word punk I expect to hear a song with little organization and a bunch of unintelligible screaming. Your song pleasantly surprised me. From a recording perspective... nicely done. The mix was good and the vocals were clear and out front. The kick drum lacked a little punch though. I really liked the change ups from verse to chorus and the lyrics were mostly originally thought out and unusual. I listen to a lot of songs on this website and must admit this is one of the best ones I have heard. This song really has a contemporary sound and should be very marketable but getting indie music truly heard in the bottomless ocean of independent music on the web is extremely difficult to do. Be careful of the pricks that want money for nothing and give you no chicks for free. In closing... I like to tap my head on her tummy in Applebees, get thrown out and end up in the doghouse with the waitress. Peace
