No Glen, I like Paper Dog's plan.

If they suck, dump them back out onto the street like the trash they are.

Either perform or reform.. LOL

If one of us sucked that bad, we'd never work in that venue again.
Why do they get to be the exception to the rule?

Because there are just too few people that want to use their brains for more than skull cap support.

Unlike you and me. We know what to do.

Now take your phasers off stun.

LOL.

Glen, the phasers are always set on KILL.

Shoot first, ask questions later.. If I have to shoot, it isn't going to be stun.

No one wants to be confined to a wheelchair and only get to bleep 1 for yes and 2 times for no like Ret. Capt. Pike.. lol

:)

"Yeah we get officially censured a lot, but Star fleet likes the fact we make the big decisions and lead with phasers firing and all photon torpedoes locked and loaded".

Need I say more. 8)

Jessie Ventura suggested we try to change "Bicaramelism" to "Uni-Carmalism". (Leave it to an ex Seal) that would have effectively change the brilliance of the constitution.

But with My 50 states/50 reps plan, to ensure a Bi-caramel representation of the nations needs, we could modify it to 50 states/ 50*2 reps where an equal division of parties gets to play every year.

Then, along with each census taking year (per decade) we could throw in a vote to change the running parties: For example, Dems & Reps could either get tossed out and replaced by more contemporary parties, who are assumed to be in touch with current needs of the community., or the Dems & reps would be forced to adopt a mak-over, respectively to keep up with current needs of the community.

Either way, nobody would be able to slack off and screw up.

Why don't we just get back to what worked so well for so long.
If california wants to legalize pot, and you live in new york, that hasn't legalized pot,, move to california.

The biggest problem with this whole mess is were does a central government over step the boundary of the states rights, and thus the people.

Our founding fathers were very cautious about having one central, all over ruling (king) form of government.

Somewhere this has become lost on all our fellow Americans.

Some how we have managed to set up a KING. Our federal government. The worst part is that it has become a KING without any ability to decide issues that it should not be involved in the first place.

National defense, National infrastructure, National global interests.

After that. get the hell out of states rights.

There I just knocked 10 trillion out of the national debt over the next 2 years.

All I keep hearing up here is look at how much the other guy has, and wouldn't it be nice if some one stepped in and made him share.

Go ahead keep attacking the very thing that makes it possible for us all to own a light bulb, or a computer. Steve Jobs, and Bill Gates have done wonderful things to enrich our lives. (Apple, Microsoft)

Now all I hear is let's take the money back.
Ok, put them out of business and see how enriched you are.(these are just minor examples)

This is the sort of interference that our government on a national level is getting involved in.

Now to really scare you. Get rid of social security. The worlds greatest ponzi scheme of all time. Get rid of medicare and medicaid, again the greatest ponzi scheme of all time. Bernie Madoff went to jail for the rest of his life, for the very same thing our federal government promises you,

and won't be able to deliver.

The only reason we went into recession is because oil, our main energy source got to $145 a barrel. It is still causing a major economic drag at $100 a barrel. Still we have people poh pooing this.

You want to get people back to work.... DRILL BABY DRILL. I'm not just talking oil. The only other source of cheap energy I can see is SLAVES.

The Feds are hiding behind the EPA. Next time you put gas in your car, you should be pissed at president Obama, not BP. :x

I'd vote for J. Ventura for President.

That would shake something up, I bet.

And you can douche social security as well for all I care. I bet the crime/death rate would soar as well though. I don't really know if it would be worth it.

BP? Come on Glen, BP still hasn't really cleaned up the gulf yet.

Big Oil is concerned with making $, the rest of us can go F*ck ourselves.

I hear Alaska is still trying to clean up their big oil spill(s).

At the expense of Glen (one N's) disgust, I'm going going to say we are in the same economic condition as the rest of the world because we don't hold God's word to our daily lives. We received God's favor because we the first nation formed since Irael (the first time) that listened and conformed. Now, Christian faith has become a comfort, not a movement. Movement is all around us, but as Christians, not for us. The removal of the Cross from public domain will not stop there. The U.S. constitution was written using words and phrases of the Magna- Carta, which says we all were created equal, the pursuit of happiness and all that, but most importantly the God given right to certain freedoms, which include religion. There are certain things delivered to us as humans other species don't get, to remove them from public would put us in the same natural laws of the wild animals such as the apes. I do not believe we came from apes, but we may be just as well be regarded as such by God if we don't regard God as God our Lord and Savior and Keep the right to say as much. Perverting the right to no religion makes us perverts.

BP's endeavors have polluted everywhere they've been. Glen doesn't know so don't be hard on him, he's ignorant. Have BP drill in his front yard and he'll get wise. Twenty days after Obama was bragging to the country how we were coming up with new oil supplies in deep water, we had the Gulf disaster. The rich take lots of the burden of our national debt, I get that. On average an American citizen takes on 30% of his/her income as financial responsibility. Same as the rich, but the rich have alllll the loopholes to divert his/her responsibility by a supply of what the country needs, using trucking to get it there and placing the tax burden on them. In the end, with loopholes they pay about 6% of income. Oil is our God as a nation. If only the trucking industry could get diesel from the ground to get the gains expressed by oil companies. There is nothing more disgusting than the rich getting richer by taking God given resources and making non-taxable profits as there margins show, only to destroy ecologically in the volume that they do to turn their heads as if it weren't there. The Horizon covered it's namesake by saving money, cheating their responsibility to those who inhabit the Gulf and Atlantic regions.
