Enough, is enough. This has become the most ridiculous post about the take down of America.
Facts are skewed or ignored or fabricated to make a point.
Here is the main point, this country has changed so much in the last 150 years that our founding fathers would be ready to pick up their flintlocks again.

The constitution was developed and ratified by some brilliant leaders. They tried to look far into the future to ensure freedom for all brave men willing to work hard to ensure that very same freedom.

Those similar men are far and few between, but heed warning, they still exist. The teachings of all the failed nations that followed this current path are not enough.

Our world situation is still based on the absolute economic power of the U.S. That may end soon, if the wake up call is not heard.

I dunno where you get that idea. I never said anything of the kind.

What I MEAN is that part of the duty of our gov't is to assure that everyone gets an equal chance. We do not have that at the moment, when co's are free to band together & block everyone else from entering the market. We do not have that when co's can buy up all the necessary resources so that no one else can enter the market. We do not have that when a co can over charge for necessary goods or services to hold others back, economically.

Here's a truth. Oil production is way down, Nat Gas is being stalled, coal is being shipped to China as our electric plants are being shut down, Nuclear, forget about.
The truth is the EPA under this government is shutting us down, willing to force us to live in cold dark caves with out amps, and fall mercy to opec.

If any one has the balls to turn this economy around, Then start producing American energy. And yes Chaeya is right, with all the brilliant people in our country we should be Terra farming on other planets and we should already have these skills in place. Energy issues should have been a problem solved years ago.
