I think today was the happiest I've ever been over a birthday.
My little one turned two today, it was a fun and happy feeling this morning clapping hands, singing to him, praising his old age, etc.

Getting older changes a person. Well, it has changed me a bunch, for sure.

Also, playing part of a big rock festival this coming weekend with a new 6 piece band.
It's the bands debut and we're wedged in between two of the local heavyweights.
Nobody knows anything about us yet, but theyre about to find out - and I think we will raise a few eyebrows.
It's been a lot of work with not a lot of time to spare, and I'm ready to let loose and have some fun!

you know i see this sort of stuff and it brings back the memories of when my daughter was 2. pretty cool huh!
They grow up way to soon, but thats cool cause in the end its not soon enough.(means you did a good job and you are no longer responsible ) except you always love 'em.
