General Music Chat

Today is the 1st day of my Vacation. I mowed the lawn, whacked the weeds, blew all the grass into a pile, got up on the roof and cleaned all the gutters, took almost an hour and a half to cut part of my neighbors tree that fell onto my fence and into my yard, cleaned and polished the bike and practiced for an hour.... time to shower and then go for a nice ride...

Some of that Chinese stuff is pretty good

Chinese Epiphone SG's are the worst of all Chinese instruments I can think of.

(and that's pretty bad)

I got rid of mine for 200$ and I thank god every day I managed to sell that pile of crap.

You have all your equipment set up like every day is a rehearsal, but that's definitely in question. And personally if you practice rehearse as much as you do, I'd think you'd be better. (or at least smart enough not to post videos that bad of you as it wrecks your credibility)

Do we want to discuss your vocal qualities? Or have you had enough?
I can go on with no issue what so ever. I just don't know you, so I didn't want to deliver a verbal beating that might make you lick the barrel in a "pull the trigger" kind of way.

Most of all, not all SG's are made the same but that's an experience issue. Maybe you never played a Chinese SG, they are hella baaaad. Maybe you just can't tell. Who knows, who cares..

I don't mind that you call me out but please have something productive to say and don't be a mental weakling, else you will receive a verbal backhand that is sure to leave a large bruise.

This is my check in. I've read some real hate posts that have transpired since my last check in. There are a lot of really good people on this site- then there's others. Caustic personalities that help no one. Good sound criticism never has the word Suck in it. Suck can be a good thing, but not as it is applied here. The powers that be kept me from posting my music here on Bandmix. I have found that if you want a sure fire way to get a response from members here, post something someone will disagree with. Good people don't post enough to make this site fun. People on this site are looking for a good word or constructive criticism, but often what they get Sucks! There are those that consider themselves Christian, even post Christian music, but then are anxious to condemn someone's efforts. Christian faith is more than a title- it is a lifestyle- more than a genre'. I'm not burning my arsenal, I'm building it. Cleared my head of bad thoughts and I won't let them follow me. There is great power in good thoughts. Bad thoughts are no power.

Are you a head case or do you just play one on TV>?

Plenty of people believe in god, they just don't believe in YOU and I can see why.

There are a few Christian musicians in here, but you don't see them preaching to the masses like this is where they came to hear your sermon.

If you want to preach, go buy a pulpit and start your own thread.

If something is burning it is because you added the everclear which keeps you from seeing anything clear. Musta' been a reason those guys burnt your material. Anything like your posts on bandmix, and I would too. You think Your the dictator-who can post on your topic. Your profile in your posts alone depict a nobody that has never done anything for anybody and is in such turmoil with no idea of which way to go but insult and disgust in a public forum. Recently, the 2 terrabyte external storage drive I purchased from WESTERN DIGITAL died and now I have about 4 years of multitracked recordings stuck in there.

The crap company is only offering to take back the drive and re-format it, then send it back. WTF? I can do that!

They suck, I'm stupid, Oh well.
I'll have to look into a 'REAL' professional retrieval place and hope it's retrievable!

I stated clearly that it was a pledge book. You know from a fraternity, as in school. I am guessing that's why you didn't get it because your school days were numbered and being only semi-proficient in counting, you ran out of fingers and toes rather quickly.

I felt badly but after listening to your conjecture about religion, music and everything else but seeing you, I can well imagine you must have down's syndrome and/or severely mentally handicapped. My advice to you is seek therapy and find a really good church where they will let you ramble on without kicking your ass and throwing you into the snow like the majority of folks would.

ETU take it to your local computer guy. I know we generally hook up an internal drive to special machine in the back and we suck the data off onto a different drive if need be (I don't know if you can do it to an external drive). DO NOT SEND DRIVE BACK, YOU WILL END UP WITH A BLANK SLATE.
