Our new Cd is finally in the hands of Discmakers. It took me a while to get the art done since I had never used Photoshop or InDesign but I think I did pretty good with it. We went with the Digipak layout. I'm excited to see how it turns out.

Thanks John, I'll make sure you get one. We also went with their online package for $49, which puts the Cd on CD Baby and on iTunes, etc.

Jahva, it should be ready in a week or two. They first have to approve my art and design, then get me a proof, which I then have to approve. They also have to do the same with the audio. It's kind of a process but hopefully everything will go smoothly.

Cool beans. You know you could have signed up with CD Baby direct and they'll put you on iTunes and all that.

No I didn't. But looking at my credit card it appears they didn't charge me for it, at least not yet. Thanks for all of your insight Chaeya; I haven't had a Cd properly done since 1999 so a lot has changed since then!

Another thing you might look into is CD Baby offers these download cards where if you want to offer some free songs or sell them, you introduce people to your music and give them a download card and they go to the site and use the code, then they're able to download the song. I'm intending to get some.

Yeah DM had those as an option, and also thumb drives that can be loaded with tunes. Like I said so much has changed.

The new CD is in production! Anticipated completion date of 7/1. We are geeked!
