So what exactly what did I say that wasn't true? I didn't bitch about anything. I responded to someone telling me what I should or should or should not post about. F*&^ all of you that think you are in charge of a board who are not the administrators. I'll respond to whomever I choose to and say whatever I choose to say. And I will start a thread on anything I want to, just like the rest. Or you can stop me if you have enough clout.
There are quite a few music posts, political posts, and other posts, even about bikes. So if anyone doesn't like a topic, there are many others to choose from, unless we all decide that nothing can be posted unless it directly applies to music and not the musicians who make the music. That would work out well. Then perhaps Bandmix would become the empty wasteland that other music only boards have become. People have lives interests and opinions, and even musicians have a need to express them sometimes.
Now if you believe you have the authority to tell anyone what they can or can't say, have at it, and good luck. I am dedicated to playing music. But I do what I wish to do with it, as that is my prerogative, last time I checked. My music is mine, not anyone else's. So when I am not on a mission that you do not approve, that is also my business. You can schedule when and where I should play my guitar, or when or where I should post, and about what, but how far do you think that would go? Maybe you should tell Chaeya and some others what they can or can not post about and see if you could get further with them. Good luck with that.
But I enjoy your posts as much as everyone else's. Yes, perhaps I will die before I get that band together that I have no desire to get together, and perhaps my musical skills will fade into the sunset. But now isn't it up to the creator of the music to decide what they want done with it?
And obama? Who cares? He is inconsequential. He is an empty suit doing the bidding of his master. The leftists can find another like him, or those far more radical in an instant.
So I hope I don't offend anyone, I simply feel we all have the right to answer any post that we choose to answer, or even start one if we wish to do that.
