Mine is 38 Special Hold on loosely, original cut. I don't think there's a fret unused singularly or in chord pattern. Speed changes yet stay in time. Barks, riffs, chops, everything a guitar can do in semi clean mode. The words to the song progress to the end keeping me, the listener to "hold on" to the end demonstrating that when you love something that much, it is hard to hold on "Loosely". Progressive writing is also demonstrated in the song by David Gates and Bread - The Diary. 8)

WELL, THIS AIN'T FAIR! BUT I'LL GO WITH "SICKMAN" BY ALICE IN CHAINS. THEY ARE MY METAL MENTORS AND I MISS LAYNE TO THIS DAY. I HOLD NOTHING AGAINST HIS HEROIN ADDICTION, WE ALL HAVE OUR VICES. SOME PEOPLE GO "BASE JUMPING" FOR THE HIGH (LITERALLY!!) SOME DRIVE NASCAR - ITS ALL A HIGH STAKES GAME OF GETTING EUPHORIA AT THE RISK OF DEATH OR BEING IN A WHEELCHAIR FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. A ROCKER CAN STILL SING FROM A WHEELCHAIR HOWEVER. DRUGS ARE PART OF ROCK N' ROLL AND "SICKMAN" IS THE WHOLE PACKAGE IN A SONG SANG AND PLAYED AS IF THE WHOLE BAND RECORDED IT INSIDE A GIANT SYRINGE FULL OF SMACK. YEAH BABEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

It is only a guess, let me remind you a guessthat you probably sing too close to the mic, and probably do it for effect. Your persona comes off that way. Alice in chains was understandable garble that I love even with a heroin addiction. What's your excuse? I will check your Music on your profile now to see if I was right.

Perfect opportunity to call me an asshole. I down loaded "I Want It All". There is no fault in your sound At All. That song Kicks Ass. Very Alice n' Chainzy. Your at the level you should be signed! I would Buy it. All members in the band seem to have a common goal and you reach it. I'm perplexed to wonder why you would want to replace your lead singer. Maybe it's a clash of personalities, but everyone in the band seems to know what they're doing and where they're going. Suck it up, buck up, shut up, put up, and sign up! 8)

Don't have a favorite but i sometimes think if i could choose what would be the last song i hear.
My conclusion is Layla but really more so the second part with the piano acoustic and slide.... or maybe anything by George Harrison (early solo years all things must pass).
8) That'd be alright with me.

well crip2nite it`s the vocals that is the hardest to cover.sure you can sing it hell i can sing it but it just won`t have that intensity.that`s because it was done by a band at the absolute top of thier game.

Crunchy, I am just knocked out by your critique on I WANT IT ALL. I really appreciate your having taken the time to listen to it. I am actually the lead singer and the idea of our putting an ad out for a lead singer was imine; I found that once we played a full hour's worth of material, my voice was beginning to disentegrate. This is the first band where I took on the role of frontman and I'm not a naturally gifted one at that. Its like with AIC's guitarist Jerry Cantrell, he is finally well-honed at his craft to the point of being able to tackle this position, even if he doesn't have the range that Stayle did he does have a similiar vocal style. I don't know, we ain't having much luck finding a lead vocalist to free me from the mic, and maybe, just maybe its a message from above saying "You made the decision, you wrote all the songs, no one can sing them like you". So like you said, suck it up etc. BE A MAN!

Yeah, no kidding. When you got a mix like that- don't mess! I think it would be easier for you to get guitar back-up than a vocal like that. You don't have the over-dub Chad Kroger has, yet enough grunge to fill the void from AIC or (don't take it personally) STP. Ultimatetely, you have your own sound. If you're the writer, give yourself a break. Just sayin',man! 8)
