Is there such a thing and if so, how would it relate to actual satanism?

Robert Johnson started it when he sold his soul down at the crossroads.

Actually Peetie Wheatstraw billed himself as the Devil's Son in Law before Robert Johnson Sold his Soul!

Logically, if one believes Satan exists, and has plans, purposes, desires, and a will to deceive, music would be a good place to get involved. So, logically, yes, there would be such a thing as Satanic music, and satanic lyrics. Some overt and dark, some more covert, sophisticated, designed to carry out his purposes without realization by fallen humans.
The catch is, Satan is no red being with horns and a tail, carrying a pitchfork. Far, far from it. Using humans he can influence, his use of sound, of music, of lyrical content to twist, to deceive, to distort, to do whatever he has to, to move people away from God, away from Christ, away from salvation, away from sin, from obedience, and eternal principles and realities can be offered in a multitude of ways.
Everybody is under the influence of one of two great powers, for those who believe the Bible as God's revealed will for mankind. There is no middle ground. One is under the influence of God's Spirit, or one is under the influence of another spirit, another mindset, another intention and motive propelled by the "father of lies."
One drop of poison in a glass of orange juice can still kill someone. How much does Satan have to pervert to get the job done?
Time will tell.

That's a thoughtful post. Surely there is a plenty of "demonic influence" in all media.
" Logically " anything that presents a stumbling block despite it human intent could be considered demonic.
Yet I interpret the term " satanic music " as that of the express intent for use by satan,s ( intentional) followers.
And as such would be humanly inspired.
No army intentionally wastes ammo on it own troops.
Perhaps one should also contemplate what God's music is.
When one becomes intent on knowing what that is, the music of the adversary can become a little more clear.
I notice in the books of Daniel, 3rd chapter, and Revelation, 18th chapter, music is brought into focus, as a tool used by powers intent on fighting God. It would appear, then, that Satan most definitely fires bullets at opposing forces through music. In Daniel, ancient Babylon was an empire intent on having people do its will, and bow down. In Revelation, prophetic, spiritual Babylon causes confusion on earth and falls in its rebellion, and the voice of the singers and musicians is no longer heard in it. Music is used by Satan, in a religious context no less, in the last days to cause spiritual confusion. And God calls to "come out of her, My people."
Where is Satan in his plans at this point in time?
