I too am stuck in a very bad marriage, with a very bad corporation that only demands ,takes and produces products way over cost. We are getting hit with another RETROACTIVE Tax created by a bill passed last year.
I don't know how much longer I can stay in a relationship with a government, that only provides a good screwing. This not only affects me but everyone who buys any goods provided by trucks. This is another tax on everyone rich poor, it doesn't matter.

OUR RECORDS INDICATE THAT YOUR COMPANY HAS NOT REGISTERED IN THE UNIFIED CARRIER REGISTRATION (UCR) PROGRAM FOR REGISTRATION YEAR 2011.
MOTOR CARRIERS FOUND OPERATING WITHOUT BEING REGISTERED IN THE UCR PROGRAM ARE SUBJECT TO CIVIL PENALTIES OF UP TO $5,000 AND SUSPENSION OF THEIR VEHICLE REGISTRATIONS.
IN ADDITION, IF YOU OPERATED IN INTERSTATE OR INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE IN CALENDAR YEARS 2009 OR 2010, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE REGISTRATION FEES FOR THOSE PREVIOUS YEARS.
The UCR Program requires individuals and companies that operate commercial motor vehicles in interstate or international commerce to register their business with New York State and pay an annual registration fee based on the size of their fleet.
Included in this mailing is a UCR application form and instruction sheet. To avoid delays it is highly recommended that you register at the national UCR on-line system hosted by the Indiana Department of Revenue. Go to
www.ucr.in.gov and follow the step by step instructions. Payments may be made on-line using MasterCard, Visa or e-Check. This website is the only official UCR on-line site and is directly associated with the UCR Program and NYSDOT. Not all advertised or sponsored on-line links are directly related to the UCR program or NYSDOT.
Payments by mail must be made by company check, personal check or money order. Make checks payable to the “New York State Department of Transportation.” Please place your USDOT # on the front of your check. Mail your payment along with your completed application form to:
Also, Interstate companies are required to make an MCS-150 biennial update to their USDOT # by the FMCSA. Please let us know if you have changed from Interstate to Intrastate or you have closed your business and no longer need your USDOT # so that we may update our records. Thank you.
