If you ever wished Christian music WAS inspirational And really a delight to listen to, try The Martins. They will blow you away! I would put this trio 2 women, one man), against any sound I've heard. they have a harmony that can't be taught. a sound you won't forget and power that doesn't stop from song to song. Even if you are not into "the Christian thing", if you don't check this out your missing an event. :D

Sorry Crunch, my pagan heart was having a very hard time with the words.

Here's some words I don't understand, but the harmonies are downright beautiful from Bulgaria. I get chills up and down my spine listening to them.

Nah, Crunch, makes us work. You have to go to Youtube and physically type in The Martins and scroll through until you get a good one.

I guess I'm too lazy.

If I'm going to "promote something" I'm going to make it trip over obvious.

The Martins ARE fabulous. Southern Gospel with some twists. Big hit with the Gaither Homecoming concerts. I have an a cappella CD of theirs. I have these 4' towers I made. Joyce is the only sound that has gone through my speakers which can rattle those 300 watt titanium tweeters. She can hit some high notes with power, man.

Sorry about the no link. I didn't think before I posted, and really, I'm still pretty new to web chat. Add to that, I'm not prepared to pay $100 a month for high speed. The only thing available this deep in the woods is satellite at this time. I'm currently still down loading that song from Bulgaria. It's been 20 minutes and I have about 1 minute of it. Thanks for the tips and my apologies for the work. About the link- a bit pitchy dawg!

$100!!!! Dude you can get cable DSL for as little as $28.95 a month or you can get Sprint modem for $50. That hundred bucks sounds like a business deal, they always charge businesses more, it's bullshit, because they come up with this lame thing that it's faster, no it's not.

Cable is still not available here yet. I've seen Frontier out about 1 mile from here a week ago, but next county over. We get mailers saying things are available, giving us lowest prices and such. get on their website and it's not available in our area yet. I've seen people so far off the grid they can't get electric. This is not the case. It is however, out far enough that people don't steal from me or shoot me because my guitar keeps them from hearing their tv. I play outside in warm weather, aim my guitar towards the trees, and play Rush 2112, the bounce is natural and "you can't get this in the city" sound. My field extends 225 yards to the bottom of my bullet stop hill, another 100 yards. Echo I get here can't be reproduced electronically. Pooooor me. If there were enough interest, I'm trying to drive a festival this year, 3rd weekend (Saturday) of July! Out here, no cable, no noise restrictions either. :D

On the other side of my high powered bullet stop hill, I failed to mention is my Quad- dirt track, then the next county. We don't go other places for vacation, we explore new ways to enjoy where we've live for a quarter century. 8)

At the World Harvest Church in a burb of Columbus (yet advertised as Columbus), Ohio, that church has acoustics that has been perfected. It stomps, romps, rumbles. It showcases the sound needed to acquire that concert sound from the back to the front equally enjoyable, and to the mic's recording them. All things being equal, compare The Martins with any sound you've heard (that we can witness), from anywhere on earth. Hits and likes speak for themselves. It's like comparative shopping. Three against how many in who can beat this. Rush against Philharmonic, orchestra, a' capella or Trans Siberian Orchestra? :P
