It's not the speed limit for itself really, been known to run it on down the road myself on occasion.

But consideration for the safety of others.

My philosophy used to be "Tear off the rear view mirror! If you drive fast enough, what's behind you is not important!"

Then I started having kids...

If you think getting behind the wheel changes you, that's nothing compared to the changes becoming a parent will instill.

Then it's a good thing I never want kids.
