Have you ever noticed none of these bandmix haters can string a sentence together and use anything even somewhat resembling proper spelling and punctuation? Maybe they'd have ten bucks to spare if they'd finished middle school.

Dude.. wait'll ya see the responses..lol.. This exact "scenario" must have been bought up no less than, no joking, at least 5000 times since I've joined! This place is a blast for talking all different sh¡t and learning and a ton of other things... I've never had to or even tried to use bandmix to find other musicians and yet for the last 5 years, I can honestly say I've never been without a band for more than 2 weeks! There are so many other local sites to acquire musicians.... I always either form a band or get into a band through 2 powerful sites: Facebook and Craigslist...never fails...also.... There ARE ways to actually connect with members on this site if you really wanted to...I never paid them a fukkin' dime! again...get ready for the fun responses We are a fun fukkin' bunch!

Well I do think it would be cool if you didn't have to pay. I did have a payed membership at one point but it didn't get me far but then again I live in Maine...unless you're starting a scenester band or a bar room cover band then you're not gonna get any body to join you most of the time. Unless you live in Portland which of course I don't nor can I afford to live there.

There are plenty of free sites if you want to wade through them all. You can post an ad at Musicians Connection for free if you're looking for musicians and I've had success with them.

so i just found out the hard way that this site is no better then a 2 bit bullsh*t sex site, u know, the kind that says "free membership" then, when u try to actually utilize the service it tells u "give us money to upgrade & we will actually be of some use to u" hey bandmix, u punk ass piece of sh*ts that whole "In order to contact " ", you need to become a Premier Member" scam is not helping, supporting, or doing anything for musicians but fu*king them, we are musicians struggling to survive & to have our music heard, we r not credit card having pervs just tryin to get off, u r capitalizing on us, u r nothing but greedy, misleading low life punks to pull that kinda sh*t on us,WTF, thanks 4 nothin, i am going to go as far as to say u r lower & slimier then your average 2 bit local club scene promoter out to do nothing but take what little money us musicians have, i hope u die!!
