Man, sounds like from the original post, that ms-13 has been acting up lately. Those guys are just plain crazy.

Not saying everyone who contributed was from a gang, but I can guarantee that some of them were.

I was emailed a job offer today - editing into English some gibberish looking docs. Piecework apparently Would be paid by the kilo of paperwork or some such nonsense. It was so poorly worded all I could figure out was that it is a scam.
