oligarchy (Greek Ὀλιγαρχία, Oligarkhía) (oligocracy) is a form of government in which power effectively rests with a small elite segment of society distinguished by royalty, wealth, family ties, military might, or religious hegemony.

Oligarchy is the Economic System of Fascism

If you want gov health care, be prepared for people with chronic conditions to be put in the back of the line or not be treated at all when the funds run low. And the funding will disappear almost immediately. Then you will have the aptly named "death panels" that shall determine if the money will be spent on youth who can contribute financially, or the disabled and elderly who will be viewed as leaches by the new regime.

Be careful what you wish for because you may well get it.

We already have "Death Panels." They're called insurance companies.

As long as it's in the hands of the greedy, it cannot be any better, SG.

Look, I don't really mind privatization, as long as the co's are REGULATED by a gov't that works FOR the sick, instead of FOR the greedy co.

Perhaps so. But under this new health care system they will be referred to as government sponsored shovel ready jobs.

Was this spell checker program designed by a high school drop out? One wrong letter and it gives you 5 unrelated words. :?

A) The number of physicians in the U.S. is
...
700,000.
...
(B) Accidental deaths caused by Physicians
...
per year are

120,000.

(C) Accidental deaths per physician
is

0.171

Statistics courtesy of U.S. Dept of
Health and Human Services.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Now think about this:

Guns

(A) The number of gun owners in the U.S.

is

80,000,000.

(Yes, that's 80 million)

(B) The number of accidental gun deaths

per year, all age groups,

is

1,500.

(C) The number of accidental deaths

per gun owner

is

.0000188

Statistics courtesy of FBI

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

So, statistically, doctors are approximately

9,000 times more dangerous than gun owners.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Remember, 'Guns don't kill people, doctors do.'

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

FACT: NOT EVERYONE HAS A GUN,

BUT

Almost everyone has at least one doctor.
This means you are over 9,000 times more likely to be killed by a doctor as by a gun owner!!!

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Please alert your friends

to this

alarming threat.

We must ban doctors

before this gets completely out of hand!!!!!

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Out of concern for the public at large,

We withheld the statistics on

lawyers

for fear the shock would cause

people to panic and seek medical attention!

The article makes it sound like it's pretty common. I seriously doubt it. Of course, if you did suffer from this, would you be likely to tell your buddies about it?

Other studies have the doctors killings... I mean doctor attributed accidental deaths at 225,000 per year... so do you really think that western pharmaceutical based medicine is what we all need pushed onto us with no choice of alternatives?
