Thanks Krul. The only one I'm not sure about is "Slummin'", I may bring him back for another stab at that one.
Jimmy, this is hard to say. They are not in league with you. I like punk rock, but they are not on par with your talent.

I get what you guys are saying but The Farleys is just one of the many musical endeavors I enjoy. 70% of it is seeing Rasta perform; he commands the stage and gets the audience involved. Hearing it doesn't do it justice (he's not a singer and would be the first to admit it). We need to make some better videos.

That makes a lot of sense. Stage presence goes a long way. Likewise if a great singer has no stage presence it makes the audience.... uncomfortable. Glad to hear your take on it.

It may not take advantage of your lead playing ability, but these tunes are NOT guitar hero material. They ARE vocal oriented for sure and the lyrics are AWESOME. I liked all of them, especially Now They Are Dead. You may be sued for copywrite infringement by the band The Romantics for using the repeated term "Hey" in Slummin. (FACETIOUS). I like the singer a LOT. It fits the music AND you can understand the words (YAY). I also like the compression and lack of reverb. I wouldn't do too much mixing in the studio on these, they sound pretty kick-ass as is IMO. Don't know how you plan to market this but Now They Are Dead could be a huge commercial hit, just a hunch on my part...

Especially on the lyrics being easily understood.
Good call Bob.

Thank you guys one and all. The mixes will be better, these are just to evaluate the vocals. We take great pride in making sure you can understand the lyrics. The Farleys are an acquired taste, but if you saw us live you would get it.
