I'm currently using the VettaII HD but have also played the Bogner Line6 head. I am a tube junky but the VettaII offers more flexibility. The Bogner head is almost as flexible but you need to tweak it using a pc and software from line6. It will most likely be the next head my kid gets.

I have several line6 amps in the house for practice amps (Spider series) and they are ok for that. But the high end stuff from line6 is great and has always been dependable. The vetta can simulate any amp and the Bogner as well (with some tweaking), both are insanely loud!!!

To offer my two cents.....
I have been playing for quite some time and have played through a good number of solid state and tube amps from Peavey, Soldano, Marshall and Crate. When I heard the Spider Valve I packed up my other amps and now only use this amp for practice and live performance. Trust me, this line of amps with the Bogner association is not the Spider amps of old. The tone is smooth and the build is excellent.
I would definately recommend this amp for practically any application.
