Well said 'bluesdudeo', It is so easy to misinterpret others on a forum. Very easy to swist & turn their original meaning. Hell....We would all like to believe that we could walk on water, We're Americans. Forums can be a very good 'Learning Tool' at dealing with other musicians, If a certain amount of tolerance is used. You learn to use forums as a way to express yourself, Share different opinions & views, And meet alot of great people....With a certain amount of 'Craft' applied....Peace.

What ever people say !! they have a right to express themselves. Some people would have you believe they walk on water ....but not so especially me.
He lived in L.A. for 4 years ... so it's not like he was there for a weeks holiday. He must have met quite a few.
The word Cunt in Scouse is like saying hello mate how are you?
I'm from Yorkshire ... the word cunt is freely used except when there's some posh tottie around LOL !!
Don't take everything so literal please. even if he's being literal. As for banning him from the site !! that is insane. Just because he thinks a different way to you. Who the f**k are you to judge him and his whole life from that 1 statement.
Peace and Love to many Americans xxx

even you Irminsul x

Two countries seperated by a common language. LOL :D

Funny thing if true you mention about certain words. I have Australian relatives who were here in the states on holiday, and they were staying at the convent of where their sister was a nun. All the nuns were walking up to my Australian relatives, ladies mind you, and saying Bloody good day etc. My relatives were flabberghasted and I was informed by them that Bloody translates to the "f" word, so the nuns were saying have a "f" 'ing good day!

I have to also explain that my relatives were up in years (well into their late 70's) and this was like 15 years ago so to them Bloody was still and expletive. Though today in Australia it is considered a mild expletive if at all.

To funny

If you call an American woman a "cunt", you'll likely be picking your teeth up off of the sidewalk.

Agreed,

That word here in the states is probably the most despised/indecent in the entire American/English language.

May I also add people using that word here in the states are considered rather low to no class individuals as well.

So again go f**k yourself monkey boy .

No, no my space. Haven't gotten around to it yet.

Put up some content mate so I can return the favour.

My class comment was not directed at you. It was an explanation for why us yanks would become immediatly cross with the gent who made the comment.

I've invited a few friends from here ... even my beloved friend Irminsul.

I wrote "A land called rock and roll " while touring Europe... I was on a train from Barcelona in Spain to Brussels in Belgium. I was just north of Paris when I got the News of 9/11. I had meant for the song to be deep and meaningful but I could only come up with What I could come up with. I finished writing it when I moved back to Spain later that year. I love Tom Petty and so many thing American... especially the music. I'm going to move to Austin Texas in a couple of years for a while. An old band member lives their. I met Don and his English wife in Sri Lanka in the 80's. He turned me onto many good people like John Hyatt and Steve earle etc. I don't believe I will need to get a green card as this is not work to me. I love what I do. and I'm always happy to do it for free.

Anyway Wegman Peace and Love to you and your family.

Best wishes from Grizzly xxx lol
ps: also check out one of my friends ... Jendeen ... awesome drummer!!
PPs: also check out Eric the main Man .... fantastic Guitaist .. He was 58 the other day. We're gonna be touring together next year god willing.
He's also a scouser ( from Liverpool) and was often playing the Cavern at same time as the Beatles in the 60's. He knows his chops.

pp:s Love your guitar sound. I'll check out more later Dude.

Oh, totally. He's an ok guy. His music isnt bad either. He just needs to become as adept at online sarcasm as he is with a guitar.

Thanks. Best guitar sound I have ever gotten, and other stuff on the the site does not have the same sound. No clue what changed. Can't reproduce it no matter what I do.

Found my way over to your MySpace page and checked out your content like I promised. I must say, good stuff. Different, and I mean that in a good way. You have style all your own. Very cool.

I think you have a real future. Best to you and yours mate.

Cheers!
