"when we get into office we'll fix what they did"... never happens!
Both sides are funded by the same international banking cartel (just like all wars) and are beholding to that cartel.
If you look at history it never changes. Both parties have intentionally led us to war/allowed the economy to be manipulated/catered to the elite/robbed the American people blind/allowed criminal deeds from the prior party to go unpunished ect. ect. ect.
They are the republicrats... PERIOD!

Don't get me wrong, I believe pretty much the same thing.

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.....

But you can still get things done in government, and to do that you have to back somebody....And who's it gonna be for big business or the common guy?

Common Guy. That's why I'll be voting libertarian, or republican when that's not an option.

My father, a lifelong Democrat, would not recognize the Democrat Party of today.

People began getting angry enough to be vocal during Bush's closing days. Obama carried on a far more radical agenda with far more radical people to sidestep the Constitution, and basically disregard it more than any previous administration in US history.

Now, multiplied millions have had it with the Federal government (and state and local) sidestepping the principle of "limited" government.

As with the Founders, and as with Reagan's comment based on the principles of the Founders - Government is not the answer; government is the problem. The more you have, the less freedom and liberty you end up with. The fewer rights, the more fragile your property ownership, the less money in your possession. Millions are about to deal with that November 2nd. At least, attempt to deal with it in a beginning way.

But, too true, the two party system is so corrupt and those who run the parties, the money moguls, really could not care less about the citizenry. It's a huge club. Get in if you can, stay in at all costs. Cushy job. Lots of power. Lots of perks. Not a faint shadow of the principles of those who founded a Constitutional Republic.

Lewis Black says it best. To paraphrase -

We have a two party system in this country.

We have the Republican party, which is the party of bad ideas, & we have the Democratic party, which is the party of NO ideas.

The way it works is some Rep guy stands up in Congress & says "I have a really shitty idea!" Then a Dem guy jumps up & yells "& I can make it shittier!"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
That's pretty much how I see it.
For the past 30+ years, the Rep party has at least been a somewhat unified entity. The Dems, however, have been all over the place in their ideals. The Reps are unified against the Dems. The Dems haven't been unified in anything.
Thee's a big fight for the Senate seat here in WV, like many other places. The former guv has replaced the late Robt Byrd, a Dem, & has been pretty much backing every Obama plan & idea that he sees.
His opposition is capitalizing on that, now, of course, in his nasty lil name-calling ads. And in this Tea Party atmosphere, where we are wont to argue over each & every tiniest detail with overblown emotional outbursts, he may just win based on that alone, & not on what he can or would actually DO for us.
It's RIDICULOUS, & I can't see me even voting in this one, cuz I HATE both partied so badly. Either way this election goes, one thing's for sure - I, & most of my fellow constituents, will LOSE OUT IN A BIG WAY^!
The government is the answer, just not while being ran by the crooks of the 2 headed single party we have now.
How many decades of this do we need to see, before we begin to see?
We have the minds and the money to fix any economic problem.
We have the minds and the money to fix any social problem.
We have the minds and the money... why leave them in the control of these crooks for yet another term of "change"???
I heard that they wanted to control how much water we flush down our toilets in California on the radio the other day. And supposedly, you won't be allowed to purchase porcelain toilets anymore. No kidding!
Now trip on that! I'm afraid of where this country is headed. Hint:Communism.
when cap & trade is finalized you will be taxed on those flushes, plus gardens, pets, bbq's, fireplaces, lawn mowing, home insulation factor, furnace model, single payne windows... shall I go on?
Anyone think we should all suffer and live without to "save the plant" and insure that our children's futures?
What future?
IF there were actual cause or crisis sure, but it seems the big earth shattering catastrophe they run on about doesn't actually have very many scientists on that side if the argument... 31000 climate related scientists have filed suit against the UN's IPCC over their claims.
Never has been. Never will be.
Just the facts maam.....
Facts?. It was all opinion, and I found myself laughing at many hilarous assertions too -
Obama blocked by republicans? Dems have a majority in both houses... they can / and did pass healthcare which repubs were almost all in favor of blocking, but didn't have the votes to block it. Kicked out of discussions as well. Blocked by public opinion? That's not repubs - that's Americans not liking what Obama is doing.
Obama surrounded by 7 Free-Marketeers? Name those villains, because the article didn't - and if he was surrounded by Free Marketeers, he sure didn't take their advice - so why bother mentioning that. None of Obama's policies loosen up the environment for a free-market. All he's done is raise taxes, add more restrictive legislation, and will likely vote for cap and trade if that ever hits the floor.
Most achieved? Great... Hitler, Pol Pot,... they also accomplished alot in their years of tenure too. Is that really praiseworthy?
