I was fortunate enough to see an interview with Lady Gaga and she's quite intelligent to speak with (she had far more wit to me than Madonna), and she can sing much better than Madonna too.

As far as Prince Poppycock, he can sing and I like his outrageousness. I used to go to drag shows quite a bit, and I love them.

I'm an old 80s girl so I'm used to people dressing up when they perform or at least have a look. That 90s "it's all about the music" jeans and t-shirt spiel is too old and boring for me. You better be so badass where it doesn't matter what you wear, and those are few and far in between. No, for me to stand there and listen to you, give me a frickin' show.

Like Will Smith said in Men in Black 2:

"Old and busted or brand new hotties."

I'm with the brand new hotties camp. Bring it! I'm ready to wreck sh*t!

Obviously, people are starving for something. They're bored and entropy has fuddled their brains. Just because a person wears outrageous costumes doesn't mean they aren't talented.

I see you're from North Branch; my family has property in West Branch which is nowhere near you. Are you familiar with up north bands such as IDecay, 2nd System and Girl Scout Hand Grenade?

I am familiar with "Girl Scout Hand Grenade". One of the guys who works at the resort I'm part of, claims to know a guy in the band. So... I have at least heard of them, even though I have not been to a show. I get around to alot of "Up North" as they call it in Michigan, establishments where we have played. Particularly anywhere between Alpena and Macinaw City, along the coast there.

She doesn't need to use autotune.
She's proved that she can sing in various interviews and appearances.

That may be. I've heard this from others, including my daughters who are fans of her's. Yet, I still hear it on the recordings, if nothing else, being used as an effect. It was not an indictment. I just noticed she(they) use it. That actually may be unavoidable, when you have a recording contract. It must be just perfect, you know
