Yeah Phil, since they did a spinal tap they should be able to tell, but like Bob said too, it could be Lyme Disease. It's best to ask as many questions as possible, because these doctors will dismiss stuff or spend too much time scratching their heads.

They gave her an MRI last night. We are waiting for results. She was on prednisone and antibiotics for a sinus infection and laryngitis the days before this so the tests for bacterial or viral meningitis were inconclusive. They do think it's viral meningitis though. The loritab is helping her. Thank you for all the prayers. My little girls are with my mom and my sisters. I miss my family.

I'm bringing her a mocha now. My baby wants bacon too! her spirits are good. I'll be with her all day today.

Having been in your shoes a few times with my wife. I know
exactly how you feel.
Make sure you show her your strength and confidence when
with her. Make sure you ask questions of the Doctors and
be her advocate. Monitor the nurses duties also.

I am sorry you are going through this and will
ask God to help you.
