Funkalive, man you're taking me back. I listened to your songs. They're a little dated but hey, not bad. Every year, they have the big funk festival in Long Beach and they feature local funk bands. Let me know if you're interested and I'll give you the contact info. Just let them know you're interest in performing for 2011. Doesn't hurt to be early and gives you time to get your band together.

Hope you guys hang out here and stay a while. This is a fun place. Sometimes I like to just STS with other musicians that doesn't involve always seeking opportunities. I do that in other places. Never know who you can meet here, and this is a great place to get feedback because these guys are all seasoned players.

Thanks man! I liked what I heard, I'll have to listen again and see which ones really stand out to me. Really dirty, Bluesy stuff. I wouldn't mind taking at stab at some leads.
