Heh, all my friends that were musicians have already played with me. Suprisingly, the majority of them just quit playing music altogether, which I don't understand. I mean, most of these guys were really good but honestly, they didn't care to go that far. Local weekend gigs were as far as they wanted to go. When I was a lot younger tons opportunities were available too, and the majority of my friends didn't even have jobs at the time. They should have tried the experience out.
I was always the last man standing. One band would split up, and then I'd find another band. Some of the guys I played with just didn't like each other to begin with. I should have realized that it was a recipe for disaster. Most of the bands I played in lasted 2-3 years. None of us knew anything about music business either, so guarantees weren't something we tried to get. But, you can't expect too much when you're trying to get a following.
It seems like a lot of you folks here have had some good luck finding people on the net to jam with. I'm still looking, and will continue to, but I'm thinking that I stand a better chance just asking around and seeing who knows who. That's the way it's always worked for me anyways. I gotta admit, the Bay Area is pretty dry right now. It used to be flourishing.
Side Note:Ah, later today I'm going to find this Industrial Metal track I played guitar on. I layed some riffs down to this thing and then it got mixed down in this dude's studio. I'll post a thread when it's uploaded.

No leads, but it will give everybody here a better idea of my style with good production.
