LOL

I'm no genius.
Nor did I get to where I am as a RN and martial artist by being a fool.

I take the same approach to my music.
Knowledge, the best equipment I can possibly obtain, and an extreme investment in time / energy.

One must have focus and realize there will always be trade-offs.

Think you'll find most of the regulars here have similar tales.
Just takes some time to get to know folks.

HOW ABOUT THIS BRAINSTORM??
WHY DON"T EVERYBODY PUT UP SOME KIND OF CONTACT INFO RIGHT ON YOUR PROFILE PAGE, SO WE DON"T HAVE TO SHELL OUT 10 BUCKS A MONTH TO CONTACT EACH OTHER???
DUH!!!!

MOST things worthwhile are worth paying for. Come on.....will $10 a month really break the bank? If so, call the Salvation Army TODAY my poverty stricken friend!

"worthwhile" is the key word here...

Funniest thing I ever heard was that Korean guy telling me, "Phee-Yu! You must FUKKUS!" (Focus)

It would seem to be a no-brainer to enable free users to contact you. Most folks never knew Bandmix had such a limitation, though, until they tried contacting someone.

As far as it being "worthwhile", that's a subjective value call. If you play nothing but covers or are really poor the extra features might be superfluous. I may still cancel my subscription if I don't get more results from the site. It is good to have more audio and pics available for prospects to check out, though.

Yeah, this month might just be my last paid month too...if I don't get any prospective responses.

I think this site is as the internet should be... a FREE service that has premium options.

I salute those who pay for the service, they help support it for the rest of us.

It's up to the individual to decide if the money is well spent, or not spent at all.

I guess I'm a contradiction. I'm going to keep paying, even after I start playing. Who knows, somebody might want to contact me for a gig or something. I can't go wrong by going the extra mile.
