Craig, you shouldn't try to relate your $20 slot play to Roulette play.
You did not do that on a Roulette table. People have also won
millions on a $1 lottery ticket. That doesn't mean it relates to Roulette.

The one ingredient you are failing to mention in your$20 story is
that you were clueless as to what you were doingand it was TRULY LUCK.
Had you been a more educated gambler. You may have turned that
$2,000 into much more. For YOU it was a FLUKE.

You make a mistake in your theory if you compare the lottery to the
game of Roulette. In the lottery you have 0 control other than
adding $ to the prize pool and picking 6 #s out of 50 or more.
You are also wrong about winning streaks (not luck). The game is
random. Therefore the winning and loosing streaks are guaranteed
to happen.

This is where your perception is at fault. You are correct that you cant
predict the outcome. But the randomness does guarantee that
what you are betting on is coming.

Your question to me is unreasonable because any source I came
up with, you would dispute because of YOUR absolute BELIEF that
winning more than loosing is impossible.

It is a shame that you cant see past the screen in front of you. The
next time you do your little quickie ROULETTE lesson on Wikipedia. You
should investigate VB Visual Ballistics. That should really spin YOUR
head. Not to mention bias wheels.

There are many people that make a living from playing Roulette.
Were you ignorant enough to think that Poker was the only one.
It is a man made game.
It was not sent down from Heaven.
It is not perfect.
You can make money playing it.

My knowledge of this game is more than most but far from all.
If everyone played as I do. It wouldn't be a top $ maker for the
casinos.
It is obvious to me and I think and all that are following this.
That you are stuck on your bold one track statements. You have not
listened to what I have written. I do not manipulate chance or luck.

I take advantage of what I can control.

Again do you understand the words coming out of my mouth.

The randomness guarantees winning periods as well as loosing.
That's all you need to know.

Craig, you talk so much that you beleaguer the point.

I got to the casino with 30$. If I lose it, I leave.

Bu I generally parlay 30$ into 300$ and then I leave.

I don't take the room, no I don't want to be rated.

I just do my little scheme and leave.

4 lines.

If you talk for 4 pages per post, who do ya think is going to pay attention?

Paramount is the ability to gauge whether or not the roller is going to be any good.

I.e. I make money on others rolls in craps.

So, you "regularly" make $270 for maybe, what? 3 or 4 hours effort?

How much do you make in your full time job?

You work that for 8 hours most likely. Do you make $270 for those hours?

If you do, that would be over $70,000 for a year, if you made that 5 days a week.

But apparently, you can make that in a casino, in HALF THE TIME, and have ALOT more fun doing it! Hell... If you only won, even HALF the time, you would still be making over $35,000 per year, still a liveable income for many people, and you get to play in a casino to achieve it.

You and Klugmo are very smart it seems, when it comes to profitting from a casino on a REGULAR basis, and yet when that apparently provides you a better income (according to your testimonies you both win regularly) than your full-time jobs, you choose to be enslaved by a corporation, and... for less income even?

Must make sense somehow, but... stupid me... I don't get it!

You don't know how much I make in regular job.
Regularly does not mean everytime just more than not.
Winning at a game does not mean smart. It means
good predictive judgement.
It doesn't provide better income.
It provides additional income.
I am not enslaved. I am employed.
It is not more income. It is in addition to my income.

Together they are better than on their own.
This IS SMART.

Now it will make sence to you.
Now you get it.

But at the same time, you don't.

Klugmo, the next time you come to Vegas or to Southern California, will you let me know. I want to go to the casino with you. I'm so dead serious.

INTUATIVE ROULETTE:

A couple years ago I used to play this way.
Ever get a gut feeling about something, then
it happens.
That's a weird feeling isn't it. It's weird because
it doesn't make sense. It's not logical. What are
you a psychic? It doesn't compute so you
disregard it. But still you know it was real.

At the table standing there sometimes you will
hear someone or see something and it triggers
a bet. A person will be at the table for an hour
betting the same 3 numbers. Frustrated they
don't come up, they storm off cussin.

Now your intuitive nature is kicking you in
the head. You bet those numbers and they come
the very next spin. Stuff like that happens all day long.

A logical person would say it's just guessing.
Another would say it's silly.

I would say it's an odd and individual yet proven
betting anomaly.

I still wait for these feelings at the table but only
act when it is irresistible.

Just a random thought.

I feel like I am in the twilight zone!

In a traditional career, you are at the mercy of your employers, and the economy too, and many other factors. If you TRULY won, on a regular basis, then the casino would be a STABLE source of income for you. Then why wouldn't you consider it as a full time occupation?

It would seem to me, that the most likely reason you do not gamble full time, is that YOU YOURSELF do not trust it as a source of reliable income.

Better to play it safe, right?

Finally you are saying something I can agree with buddy.

Yet there is much you don't know still. :?

Doing it full time calls for careful planning. You have to build up to it.
By that I mean this is something I have considered. You need a war chest of $10,000 . You need that so you can play with $10 chips. With $10 chips they
allow you to win $1,000 to $1,500 in a short amount of time. Sometimes
just a few bets. At that point you cash out and move on to another table
or casino not drawing attention. Believe me that money does not draw their
attention. Moving through a Vegas or AC with many casinos close together.
It is possible to accumulate 10 to 15 thousand in an evening. You then have the option to repeat this again throughout the year but not too often.

I have met a player that does this. I observed him doing it. I followed
him and watched him do it. It can be done.

It is scarey and a big step. All the pieces have to be in place.
You have to be very experienced and decisive. I had a long
talk with this player and they live a secretive life
traveling and working about 6mos. a year.

They hide and handle a lot of cash.
This sounds wierd I know but these people exist.
