Nope. I call BS. The "thank you" was completely disingenuous. You came back here to sell your latest track on itunes. I listened to the track you have posted. Sorry, just not my cup-O-Tea. :)

Best idea you've had yet, junior! Come back after you've learned how to act.

I love it when people actually believe their own bullshit. It truly amazes me.

Thanks for the feedback.

Chaeya, you are someone who has smart, non aggressive things to say. You have been productive, not destructive. And while I am aware that you see our actions as morally repugnant, I wanted to thank you for your input. It has not gone unnoticed.

Just an edit: We are clearly not welcome in this forum, but we think you should all THINK about what you believe. THINK about what is truly important in human relations and THINK about how musicians can truly come together.

We aren't interested in arguing about whether or not you bother to do it.

Yeah I second that, take your music samples for sale and shove them right up your brown eye.

Maybe in another 17 years...flaky ass children from hell.

You could be welcome here. Really, it's true. You COULD be, but only if you got off your hippie horsey & treated ppl with the respect that you keep crying out for. YOU need to respect OUR values, OUR established ways of communicating, & not just expect us to bow to your whims & accept those things we will not.

There's nothing wrong with being a beginner. There's nothing wrong with being poor. Just have some frikken PRIDE in yourself. Don't start off convos begging for favors, & when ppl tell you that what you're doing is wrong in a place you are new to, LISTEN TO THEM. THEY ARE TRYING TO HELP YOU TO FIT IN, whether you like the way they put things or not.

You should THINK about what you believe. there are obviously reasons that you aren't fitting in, here. Reevaluate your priorities, & try to make them fit in the proper perspective within the environment.

YOU got off on the wrong foot here. It was YOUR behavior that got you bashed by ppl, & not just by me.

We may argue amongst ourselves about this or that, but we are a very tight-knit community, FEM, even when we're bashing each other for our differences. By now you should be able to see that. We have each others back. We support each other. We could have your back, too, but only after you fit into the community.

Learn the place. See how it works, & you'll see what you need to do to fit in. This ain't some hippie commune where 'it's all good.' If you can't fit, then move on. Don't even try to force new values upon us. As a noob to the forum, your job is to fit into the established pattern in your own unique way, unless you wanna be a target. It's just like any other schoolyard.

FEM, I have to say Phil's response is pretty good above, but I want to respond.

I know what you're doing and the "kill 'em with kindness" stance doesn't work on me. I don't play mental games with people and I definitely, among other people here, don't succumb to them.

I don't find you morally repugnant, it just amazes me that you don't see anything wrong with your behavior and are doing your best to try and make us look stupid, but all you're doing is exposing your own bullshit.

So I will tell you what I tell my kids, "cut your bullshit." And believe me, I say it with love, darlin'.

Aww... cut them some slack.

They're young.

And even still, they tried to show a little humility here and there. Even a little class, and take the high road. Yes, yes, yes... some of it may have been a strategy of passive aggressiveness, but I think there was sincerity mixed in there too! They could have done what most kids would do these days, and simply spew nothing but insults and degrading trolling-type comments, but... they didn't. They at least TRIED a little civility.

So, welcome to the forum guys. But if you choose to stay, then PARTICIPATE once in a while, and don't just spam for promotion. This is a REAL community after all. And doing nothing but spamming, is a little like you coming into MY neighborhood and community and putting political signs all over my yard, and stickers on my car, without any concern for whether it would bother the community or not.

Glad you guys are having success with your band.

Keep up the good work, and consider using your music to DO GOOD in the world. After all, music is a POWERFUL tool... and a powerful tool used for the BETTERMENT of mankind, is always better than using it to continue our disintegration!

No we're not. In light of the Steven Hawkin thread. Each action results in an equally opposite reaction. You come in here with bullshit and we simply fling it back at you. If you can't hold your own against the people here, then you don't need to be in the entertainment industry.

Anybody want to come with any preachy new agey melodrama it will be exposed, simple as that. So if you're for real, then you have nothing to worry about.

EDIT: You can probably read what we originally said in someone's quote. Basically, we've retracted the post because the accusations we made became largely theoretical remarks about how to build a better society without us having much real scientific basis for reference.

There's been a lot of negativity around us since our arrival at this forum and it got the best of us. Some Bandmix members disagree with our ideas of interacting with people and that's fine.

Posts went back and forth, but no real progress in the argument ever occurred. Neither side of the argument feels that they are in the wrong and that likely won't change, but we clearly shouldn't have kept posting about it.

We will try our best to avoid all future negativity and hope that the other members of this board do the same.

FEM, really? C'mon man. Are you saying that posting a spam veiled as an appreciation, responding with passive agressiveness when people get mad, then responding with this kind sarcastic apology above is the way people should behave? That you don't believe you did anything wrong so your way of handling it is to blame those who dared to have a problem with your actions? How is your behavior now any less savage? Explain it to me because I'm all ears.

FringeElementMusic wrote:Our views logically result in a better community. YOUR views defy logic and are the views of savages. The way YOU'VE presented them: they are close-minded, which is very detrimental to everyone involved.

Everything we've done here, we would welcome from anyone else. Would you welcome the hate you've doled out to us? If you need your aggressive defense-mechanisms to stay alive - fantastic. But don't throw it at everyone else. You have a barbaric social mind. The GOOD individuals at Bandmix don't need you coming in with nothing but negative thoughts and defensive hostility. If you are an ape, go back to the jungle.

Shut your goddamn mouth. You came in here, telling us some backstory about "Oh, you guys helped me get in contact, but it didn't work out. now as a thank you, we'll allow you to buy our music. What the f**k is that? Then you get all pissy when we point out that "Thanking someone" and "trying to subtly advertise your music" are two very different things. anyway, if you think making a buck off someone is the way to thank them, it's about time for you to get back in the jungle, because your snake parents didn't teach you very nice manners.

Saidenote: I think that was my first rant on here. How'd I do, guys?
