Yeah, it's called Folk music.

You guys need to realize that the patterns aren't 'rules', they're descriptions.
Kind of like how the symbol 1 represents a quantity or agreed upon concept of 'one'.
They symbol could just easily be ;

Really, there is no law or rule that 1 is one. It's a symbol or name used to describe an apparent reality.

Well, yeah, I already do realize it Zip. I thought that's what I've been saying. RE: the song I mentioned, it's not folk. I'll be posting it sometime within the next month or so, and I highly doubt anyone would qualify it as folk. Blues, maybe, but not folk in the typical sense of the term. It's just rock, really.

Ah, but who cares? There just words. Call it whatever you want.


I'll qualify it as Folk.
