Thanks guys but thats not really what I meant. Ive got concerts on DVDs but I don't know what software I need to break up the chapters and be able to copy them. I know they are not copy protected but as one long play I know that won't fly. And also what is the easiest format to put them in?
Ya Know,,,, I can take down any music from anywhere, run it through Logic Pro and mastering if I wanted. I don't know how to steal my own DVDs.
What a computer moron I am.

I have a similar problem, Glen.

I have a vid of Flamingo Road, but it's in a Mac format, & I can't figure out how to handle it on my PC.

Oh!
Import the video into iMovie.
Then chop away. Get a portion that you want, cut out the rest, then 'save as' what's left.

You might try iDVD too... It my automatically let you break up your scenes.

Quiktime?
P.C.s will play quicktime files.

In your case, suck it into windows movie maker, then save it to a different format.
WMM might just save to one format - dunno for sure, I aint played with it.
