I feel like if you are out for instant gratification, you are out of luck.
If you are an adult and you are patient, plenty of people hook up with good musos here.
(note: no negative connotation by the term muso)

I've had ads out on at least 5 different sites for the last cpl-3 years.
I've gotten 2 replies, here, in that time. I've had my ad on CL for two weeks, & I've gotten 2 replies from it. I've gotten zero replies from any other site.
I'm starting to think that local is better, but I still like this site for other reasons than the contacts. At least ppl will TALK with you here, & there's lots of good ideas all around to help you improve your lot as a muso.
If ya don't like it - leave. Don't frikken whine about it like a little sissypants. Nobody likes a sissypants whiner drippin' out the edges of his diaper & droolin' over lost causes.
I DID notice that the OP has music up...but it's rather specialized in genre, which really limits his possibilities.
The other whiner, Dylly-boy, has NO MUSIC on his profile, but he 'spects ppl to take him at his word that he plays...duh! Dude - take the pacifier out of your mouth, quitcher bitchin', & make your profile worthy...or STFU, Mr 'Heavystuff!'

Your profile says you are 16 and 19. You have no real audio, just crappy video. But the worst thing is you have no idea what "heavy" means. Hammering a drop-tuned E string does no necessarily qualify as heavy. Heavy is more a state of mind, one that another generation thought of 40 years ago to describe the state of mind evoked when deep, thought provoking music was heard. So anything from Jimi Hendrix to Led Zeppelin to Pink Floyd to Iron Butterfly was considered heavy. The metal part of the term came from Steppenwolf's description of motorcycles - heavy metal thunder. Go do some homework and learn some real heavy music - Black Sabbath and The Stooges are a good start.

I need to hang out in more biker bars!

Never had a license to drive a car. Rode bikes all my life. I was almost killed on Valentines day 1990, ( A woman driver turned backwards swatting he unruly brood instead of watching where she was going ),so I don't ride as much as much in the winter when there's ice on the streets. Besides, I'm getting a bit old for that stuff, but I still ride all summer.
I've always preferred biker bars. The Hells Angels used to come in and listen to us when we played the dives downtown on lower 4th st. Some of those guys are pretty good in a fight.
