The more I work with this device the more I like it.
Today I hooked it up to my PA mains out to the ZOOM and the line out from the ZOOM to the stereo in on my PA.
Recorded a section of the rhythm on a song I am working on and press the play button. It loops the section I recorded over and over with about a five second reset between tracks allowing me to experiment with the leads.

I don't do any computer recording but this thing has been very helpful to the band in building and re vamping songs.
The external mics have not proven to be useful at all in my application but being able to record directly from my PA with either the monitor or main mix has been very beneficial.

I feel it's a great little tool for the indie band / artist.
