I just ran the #s through a biz projection program Capt'n. All these figures are based on a $5000 a month high traffic store and $20,000 [minimal equipment leasing fees, start up capital, advertising, employee , and insurance cost. If we both put up 25,000, we would fall short by $82000. to start this BIZ
The good news is this!
1. If we hired ONLY pretty girls wearing only skimpy cooking aprons W/ open backs, and heels, we could reasonably expect to sell 1000 cups of coffee per day @ $10 a cup. Thats $100,000 for five days, not bad huh!
2. If we hired an equal mix of men and women the projections sink to about 200 cups a day@ $10 a cup, thats $20,000.!
3. If we hire only men,,,,, I'm not even going to go there.
Now the Bad News....
In all these models you can expect to hire lawyers to fight off anti discrimination laws [hundreds of thousands of $] the board of health just shut us down with thousands of $ Of fines, The town just started a lawsuit for running a topless joint without a permit,breach of lease another $60 grand.
Scott we just got ourselves in a whole lot of trouble,,,think I have to pass on the brew in the nude idea.
