if you've ever read the vampire chronicles, then you'd know that death metal would have been totally wrong for that movie, the vampires in Anne Rice's stories are not hate mongers or angry, they are sad morbid and melancholy, so a more goth type sound was definitely more appropriate for the story and characters, and death metal goes over in mainstream media like fire crackers go over at church, Korn was at the time, at the top of the commercial metal food chain, so it would make sense that Jonathon Davis (not, Korn) got the gig.

You don't like that DEF TONES tune - CHANGE?

Here we go on yet another trip into the bowels of the beast known as "chromatic/atonal music".

If that's all there is to play, I am putting all of my gear into the chipper.
(no not you, Chippy) lol

actually, that was one of the few songs written and released well before the movie, and thus it was easily the finest piece of music in the soundtrack..I love it, and lets be real seeing Aliyah, in the tub scene to that song was pretty friggan hot. RIP>
