Just read that Paul Grey, Slipknot's bassist, was found dead in his hotel room. Sheesh...another one bites the dust! He was only 38!

Yeah , rumor was someone from jersey sold him some bad schrooms.

To die from any hallucinogen you all but have to eat ungodly amounts, even the so called "bad trips" are induced with nominal amounts, it's not the drug, it's what people do before or during the drug that kills them.. The chemical that causes it is benign on it's own..

I would say this has nothing to do with shrooms, doesn't mean he wasn't a pill popper, which by the way is a million times more dangerous than crack or even heroine, a former drummer of mine, died the night after a show because of opiates, had a heart attack at around the same age as Paul Gray.

If I had to bet money, I say look in his medicine cabinet.

You can die just fine if for some reason you have a allergic reaction.

With some pre existing conditions, a large dose can induce seizures as well.
