This guy is a living prove aliens landed on Earth, that kind of entertainment is not of this world.

I tend to want to know the background stories of how something like this came about, etc...

Did some checking and found the "site to top all sites" for who this guy was, who wrote the song, etc...

The song is called:

The style of singing is called "Vokaliz" which translates loosely to "Vocal Exercise" and this song was very popular back in the 60's and 70's and even today, among older Russians.
