I was interested in joining another band site, Musician Leader, until I read the terms of use.

I emailed the company in question.
The guy running it is a musician, just like us.
He thanked me, because he wasn't even aware of that phrase; he's just attached the standard Lawyer verbiage.
I checked back - half the fine print disappeared.
Now it says the usual stuff, like don't offend anyone, etc, etc.

So: IT'S ALL GOOD NOW.

He seemed like a good guy; so "Musician Leader" now looks like an ok site to join.
I jumped the gun in posting this particular thread, BUT
