The three of us are planning to move to Boston as soon as we have a solid 30 minute set. We don't know yet if we'll move their first and find a drummer or try to find a drummer first.

Who has done it and what can you tell us about it?

Is it hard to find a place where you can live and practice?
Is it hard to find a day job right now to get us on our feet?
What parts of the city are the best for bands, punk/rock/metal in particular?
What other BS should we be on the looks for?

We really need to get off this shit-island Cape Cod.

I didn't know Cape Cod was an island. If you change your mind about moving to Boston don't plan on moving to Kansas City. I don't think there's a venue anywhere here where you can play all original music AND get paid for it...
