Kramer,
I'm sorry you feel driven away, but people argue on here about all kinds of sh*t, and get quite personal about it... even woodworking for God's sake.

People trash each other for their musicianship here too, for that matter. I think you probably have alot on your plate at home, and you are letting stuff affect you personally. I was there, a few months back, and took a long break. But there are good people here, and I missed most everyone here before long. Even Phil!
Take a break, but check back in from time to time.
I am very interested in hearing the stuff you have been writing solo.
I have been VERY busy myself, and haven't even had a reasonable amount of time to listen to San's studio stuff yet.
I'm also pumped to hear Haleamano's new studio work.
I have had a few projects that I am getting paid for, and a few others that will open some doors for me hopefully. So, I haven't even had time to finish the song I am doing with Ryan yet, when I was certain I could send it to him weeks ago.
But a few other opportunities became more urgent...
I am collaborating on writing an R&B song for a guy who has connectections at Atlantic Records, and they are waiting on a demo from him. Just finished that one.
I am also waiting on tracks from an artist who works with Plies and Young Jeezy... two HUGE names in rap. This guy writes for them, but has fallen behind on writing for his own debut album as a result of writing for those guys, and touring himself. I am going to be writing a song to the tracks he sends, and if all goes well, it will be on his debut album. He's very connected, so I hope this works out and gets my writing on an album, of an up and coming artist.
I am also finishing re-doing my song "September", because I was supposed to send it to a producer for Tim McGraw, but I didn't want to send either of my old band's recordings of it, so I had to re-record it.
And then, I just got a call a few days ago, that someone knows the wife of a high up exec at Columbia Records, and they are going to set up a lunch, so she can meet me, and take a demo of my songs with her.
So, I haven't been posting much lately, and won't have alot of time for that, for a while.
You picked a SUCKY time to bow out here bro, cause I won't even be able to start, any of threads you hate anyway!
Wishing you the best... particularly at home, but in your career as well.
