Good points Craig and Paul. Avril,s music (at least what I've heard of it) wouldn't compel me to run out and lay down good money for a CD unless I was buying it for my granddaughter. None the less, she's a good performer and, as pointed out, her songs are well crafted. Avril dos sound like every one else in her genre.
Jeska Hoop, now that's another story. Her songs are creative , her style of singing and composition are her own, and her debut album "Kismet" is worth every cent of the price of a CD, (if you can find it).

Nothing beats getting a new guitar, you can never have enough, well, maybe you can. I need more room and I would have more guitars. lol.
I almost bought a bass guitar yesterday because I have a friend and neighbor that plays bass and she said she thought I'd like to play bass. It was so tempting, I must have went over and picked it up a dozen times and I finally thought I'd better not for now. Besides, where would I keep it??? ha-ha ~ Let us know when you get your amp too !!!!!! Happy for you !!!!
