I am a graphic design major at Farmingdale State College. For my senior project I have any idea for a huge place with a bunch of sound proof rooms with food, events, and more, where bands and musicians can hang and jam/record.

I need musicians to take a survey regarding my idea. If my professor likes the idea, I will spend 8 months on the project creating a logo, creating a model for the building, preparing everything regarding the design plus the business aspect , so I need help.

Also, if you have any criticism for the survey (questions, etc.), feel free to mention.

I took the survey.
It is poorly worded ( how come ) and does not reflect any previous knowledge of the requirements of being a modern musician.

For instance . . . The question related to financial expenditure.
We likely have $1000.00 invested just in extension cords much less instruments and other essential equipment.
Seriously $10,000 - $50,000 would be more in line of what it takes to outfit a band.
Not counting the vehicles and trailers for transportation.

Honestly, if this is a collegiate level project. You need to do some research first and then develop a survey that reflects some knowledge of the business at hand.

I took the survey too, and agree it was not well worded. Not at all appropriate to your targeted business plan, which sounds like a bit more than a rehearsal complex, but only a bit.

I took the survey and this is the third one regarding rehearsal/recording studios. If it the same person, they won't like my answers much. Probably needs to learn a bit more about what we do before starting a business venture based on this theme.
