Get some music on your profile - MP3s on the player or videos linked. These days people want to pre-audition others to avoid wasting time.
As a 'lead singer', its especially important to showcase your style(s).
You should also have some equipment, or be ready to invest in some - a good microphone, monitors, or a whole PA system.
