Great practice last night. Nailed the newest song. Used the Cry Baby to update a couple of the other tunes. The guys decided to revisit and revive RAIN partly due to Mark's request as well as to the responses from some of you others on the post "RAIN" that I read to the guys last night.
Funny they were in awe that we had people from the UK actually listening to our music. ( lots of laughs and poor Texan attempts at English accents too)
Turned my amp volume down a tad, bumped the monitor mix and cranked the soak from 4 to 7. GURRRRRR .... yesness ..... freakin Gibson growl and hot tube responsiveness to the strings.
HELL YEA !!
Did make the noise of the bypassed Cry Baby apparent yet really boosted the highs for the lead licks.
I am all jazzed again.
