yeap, so long as you copyrighted your stuff, let him try all he wants, and ever dime he makes you get to sue from him lol, it's like having a mole do your work for you (lemonade, my friend)
I did try to look the guy up and found he has no history, no public profiles, no business sites, no NOTHING, outside of a bmix profile... I mean eesh, at least most of the scammers have a myspace page and gmail account.
Stick to legit folks, with solid reputations and a few years of experience under their belts.
