It's not crazy to think you could control it.
It's insane to think you should even attempt to control it.
There is no good reasoning behind this idea, nada, zip, zilch, zero.

Its called HAARP look it up on google.

Thanks brother. I'm familiar with it. I posted a link to some info on it awhile back.

Cooling the waters in an area of the Ocean doesn't bother me, but HAARP is worrisome. Cooling the oceans is normal. The basic principle of what they are wanting to do, ALREADY HAPPENS when the Hurricanes pass. The Hurricanes themselves churn the water and cool it, but the problem is, the cooling is BEHIND the hurricane rather than IN FRONT of it, where it needs to be to weaken it's power.

But HAARP? That sh*t is far more powerful and unknown. They are playing with some big stuff now.

Don't get me wrong, I'm intrigued at the idea we could control the weather or avoid certain disasters. And mankind has been altering nature for thousands of years, from agricultural projects up to diverting major rivers to flow elsewhere.

But I live in Georgia (at least for another week) where the scientists introduced Kudzu to quickly spread plant growth throughout the landscape. Well, the Kudzu is now killing everything else, cause it grows so fast and climbs so high, it basically smothers other vegetation and even trees from getting needed sunlight. It is out of control. Something meant to help, is now causing it's own set of problems and is virtually uncontrollable now.

Playing with nature can reap benefits, but it can also cause worse problems.

Consider this friend:
If it can influence the weather,
who says it must be used for good?
If you can starve the whole earth no man is above you.
Power is too much nowadays. I think that Jesus's finally commandment should be upheld better (Love thy neighbor)
Honestly if that happened though, government as we know it would cease to exsist. We wouldnt fear each other and without and enemy you dont have a hero, without a hero you ahve no hierachy, without that,
everything they ahve built up would be no more.
Funny how just one of the commandments can change the world.
