The one thing about music is you need thick skin. If you cant handle a little flak on a message board, how to hell are you going to handle all the rejections you get when you get out and play music? HUH? I mean I probably visited 20 clubs before I booked a decent gig. If a little negativity is going to knock you down, why bother. My grand dad always said if you cant stand the heat stay out of the kitchen.
