The longest running business in the history of mankind is the Military. The Unions were started by ex-military people.

I am still not sure what you are sayin' here. explain please.

for instance, (im glad you'll hear me out actually)

in maintance, we have all these "programs" set up by unions.
like a tool program called TAZ which is worse then the old USAF style
Equipment which is terrible compared to the last program. (short list I can go on but these are my biggest problems)

on equipment, we had a member search through our stuff for 4 hours until he found something! Sounds like a compliment right? means we are doing our job. BUT instead of a praise we get slapped becuase of this minor fail that took 4 hours to dig up anyways, on top of that the wording is merky and its baised on interpetation.

This may not be the case with all unions, but they sure have put the rod to me since Ive been in. I understand WHY these programs were made, it was to help us, but they all get distorted into this by mad companies or run-away fathead union leaders.

either way, I feel like I get screwed, either by the military or by VA (veterans). Plus have you heard about people getting hep C from VA clinics because they didnt sterilize or throw away needles/or rectal thermometers?

Thats just my view. I know they were designed to help but Hep C isnt helping.
